                             GetMaxX function

  DECLARATION:  GetMaxX

      PURPOSE:  Returns the X resolution of the graphics driver and mode

         UNIT:  Graph

  RESULT TYPE:  Integer

      REMARKS:  The maximum X resolution (right-most column) on a CGA
                system with 320x200 resolution would be 319.  Works well with
                GetMaxY for centering and boundary determination.

 RESTRICTIONS:  Must be in graphics mode.
